A & S Home Builders is an independent builder of Epoch Homes in the Litchfield County of CT.
Epoch Homes has a long history of building truly custom homes, many of them rather large. Many of them elegant
New England style colonials, influenced greatly by the Georgian architect tradition. Many of these homes share certain
characteristics, however, with these similarities come the individual touches that make a home truly unique.
